I finally got it. I did a master reset and loaded the current nightly build on Kodi 18 and then loaded the 1.9 skin.

I had an update for skin helper service that wouldn't update on 1.8, maybe that caused the problem.

Anyway that should work for you if you don't mind doing a master reset.

Zip file is fine, something in your devices...Marcos upload a new one, try again, remember install our leia repo if have issues with scripts.

Ok, thanks guys. I will download the latest nightly and see if that helps first. Not crazy about a master reset at this point.

UPDATE: Finally got it to work. Changed skin to Kodi default. Deleted version MQ 1.8 and quit kodi. Restarted and installed mq 1.9 from .zip. This worked. Changed skin to MQ and now it shows verson 1.9

Ok, now that that is fixed, on to other problems.....

With version 1.8, and now with 1.9, list view has a problem. When I am on a movie the background shows as it is suppose to. However, after a few seconds the background starts cycling through all my other movie backgrounds at random. It never did this before. Any ideas Wanilton?

Yes, it´s by default now, if you prefer only one fanart, go to top menu, and turn off extrafanart.

One more issue. It appears that there was a change to "My Themes". I have several images that I use to scroll through for each Category (movies,tv,music,etc.). This no longer works. It appears now that there can only be a single image for each category. That is a real step backwards in my opinion. Please bring the multiple image option back.
