KODI 17.1-Krypton KODI NOT OPENING

Gentlemen, if there is someone that could help me on this I would appreciate it, very much
I had KODI 17.1 VERSION installed. Sudenly, out of the blue I can no longer open the App; UNABLE TO EXECUTE GUI: EXITING
Well, I followed some instructions on the net, I eliminated profile.xml FROM %APPDATA%/kODI/userdata, but problem still continues.
Then I uninstalled this KODI VERSION and installed KODI 17.3. The problem still goes on.
I updated some drivers but so far... nothing
I use this App on a NOTEBOOK with OS WINDOWS 10 HOME VERSION 64 BITS.

Senhores, se houver alguém que possa me ajudar nisto eu certamente agradeceria.
Eu tinha o KODI Versão 17.1 instalado. De repente, do nada eu não consigo mais abrir o aplicativo . Aparece mensagem: UNABLE TO CREATE GUI: EXITING.

Bem eu segui algumas instruções da internet, eu eliminei o arquivo perfil.xml da pasta %AppData%/Kodi/userdata, mas o problema continua. Posteriormente eu instalei a versão 17.3 continua. Eu atualizei drivers mas até agora... nada.

Eu uso esse App num notebook com Sistema Operacional Windows 10 Home - 64 Bits
