ich have 2 folders on my nas 

one with Films HD and one xxx

is it possible to show in the film section only the films hd ?

Yes, if you have items in library, it´s easy create 2 smartplaylist, based path for each folder.

This way you split contents.

ist it possible to view in the new entry z.b Filme HD the last view movie , or last add mobies etc  only from this specific playlist

Change order by, in your filter, editing your smartplaylist.

so i add a new Section called Film HD which contains a smart playlist

is it possible to show random covers , not the first on from the playlist

i´ll tried a playlist with random for Cover and a playlist normal A-Z for Filme HD 

but it doesn't wok , seem it is not possible

Yes, it´s possible, the tip is create another smartplaylist one for random, other for regular A-Z, insert second in main menu (random), but turn off show), now you have option for use regular when enter item, and choose widget for random (now will be available).
